Daycare Policies

Pet Identification:

Every dog in daycare is required to have identification on their collar (either an engraved tag or embroidered collar) within one week of attending daycare.

Hours:

Daycare is available 7 days a week during our open Lobby Hours.

Pickup Times:

All dogs must be picked up before 7pm Monday-Friday and 5pm on Saturday & Sundays, unless previously scheduled and paid for. Unscheduled late pickups will incur a $25 fee per 15 minutes up until 10pm.

Reservations:

We strongly encourage our Daycare guests to make reservations ahead of time. Walk-Ins are accepted, but on a first come basis.

Puppies:

All puppies must be four months of age or older and be current on their vaccinations in order to reserve a Daycare evaluation. After six (6) months of age, all puppies must be neutered or spayed. Day Stay in an excellent option for any puppies who are not neutered or spayed by this age.

Daycare Application:

Before your dog can be accepted into Daycare, you must complete our Daycare Application and submit to Red Dog. One of our supervisor’s will contact all applicants within 48 hours of application submission.

Daycare Forms:

Before attending the scheduled evaluation, all dog’s must have the Daycare Agreement signed and completed.

Daycare Evaluation:

All dogs must must pass our Daycare evaluation before joining our Daycare group. Advance reservations are required for all evaluations.

Daycare Packages:

All Daycare packages are non-refundable and expire one year from the date of purchase.

What to Bring to Daycare:

  • All Daycare dogs must bring a flat buckle collar with their name written clearly on the collar or on tags.
  • Lunch is always included in the Daycare price. Please bring your dog’s lunch pre-measured in a Ziploc bag or plastic container with a tightly sealed lid with your dog’s name written clearly on the outside.
  • For the safety of all Daycare guests: all flea/tick collars, harnesses, sweaters, coats, boots, flowers and bow-ties will be removed upon arrival to Red Dog. We ask that any of these items are clearly labeled with your dog’s name when dropping off. Red Dog is not responsible for any lost items that were brought to daycare.
